This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent herein to dispose of the Petitioner's Appeal dated 13.01.2021 filed for the relief of cancelling the Joint Patta issued in the names of Respondents 3 to 6 herein in accordance with law and within a stipulated period. 2.Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 & 2 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 15.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the first respondent/RDO.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the first respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
