This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, more particularly the subject matter of R.C.O.P.Nos.1315 to 1317 of 2012 pending on the file of the Hon'ble XVI Small Causes Court, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, on the basis of the proceedings initiated before the Rent Control Court, liberty be granted to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief. 3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
