When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that in this writ petition, the petitioner sought for electricity service connection for various units in the premises situated at Door No.17, Parthasarathypuram Main Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017 and further submitted that the service connection was already effected. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2.The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
