When the matter was called on 07.03.2024, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 08.03.2024. When the matter was called on 08.03.2024, counsel for the petitioner appeared and sought for adjournment and therefore, the matter was posted on 28.03.2024. Today, when the matter is called, once again there is no representation for the petitioners. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
