Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble court against the petitioner that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the filing of charge sheet in Crl.MP.NO.9350 of 2021 in Crl.OP.NO.11845 of 2021 on 16.09.2021.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JAIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.9350 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11845 of 2021 dated 16.09.2021. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 16.09.2021 made in Crl.MP.No.9350 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.11845 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on first working day of every month at 10.00a.m., till filing of the final report.
