This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.01.2024, seeking bail in Crime No.06 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 123 BNS Act and Section 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003.
