ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to call for the concerned records relating to the Notification No.4/2010 dated 29.03.2010 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to issue the fresh notification duly notifying the Most Backward Classes backlog vacancies for the post of Assistant Professors in the Tamilnadu Collegiate Education Service.

2. It is submitted in the counter affidavit filed by the 3rd respondent herein that there is no backlog vacancies for MBC in between 2008 to 2010 as prayed for by the petitioner in the writ petition.

3. The above submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner who further states that in view of the above counter nothing survives in the writ petition.
