[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Challenging the order of the second respondent in proceedings No.T16/TNPC BD/F 35590/Orange/2005-1 dated 17.11.2005, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
