O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the respondents in complying the order dated 10.10.2023 in W.P. No. 8819 of 2021.

2. While allowing the said writ petition, this Court directed the respondent therein to issue appointment order to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

3. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of the Court is complied with by issuing appointment order to the petitioner in R.C.No. 073/2025/P4 dated 05.06.2025 and she further submits that the petitioner joined in service also.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.

4. In view of the above factual position, as the order of the Court is complied with, in our considered view, no further adjudication is not required in the present contempt case.
