The petitioner, claiming to be an Association, seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 7 to take action against respondents 8 to 10 for obtaining Schedule Caste Community Certificate fraudulently.

2. The direction sought for by the petitioner would amount to an order to the respondents 1 to 7 to cancel the Community Certificate issued to the respondents 8 to 10.

3. We are not inclined to entertain this writ petition at the instance of a third party to the proceedings relating to the community certificate issued to the respondents 8 to 10. We therefore do not find any merit in the writ petition. The writ petition is therefore dismissed as not maintainable. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
