in Villupuram Municipality issued under the above said proceedings in 3rd respondent and thereby direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue fresh tenders for the above said work and also forbear respondents 1 to 3 not to allot any work to any person for the above said work in the Villupuram Municipality under the above said notification.

When the case was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that since the tender period is already over, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
