O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 13.12.2022 and carry out the necessary correction in FMB in the respect of Patta No.427 Survey No.138/1B Attanthangal Village as per the extent mentioned in the sale deed Document No.1345/1981, in approved layout No.DTP 111/75.

2. In respect of land at Survey No.138/1B situated at Attanthangal Village, Ponneri Taluk, in order to make the correction in the FMB, the petitioner has given a representation on 13.12.2022 to the respondents especially the 1st respondent, therefore in order to consider the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard Mr.J.Franklin, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that the 1st respondent would consider the said representation submitted by the petitioner dated 13.12.2022 and necessary orders would be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.12.2022 and pass necessary orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy this order.
