Mr.K.M.D. Muhilan, Additional Public Prosecutor Order This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of ROYAL AYURVEDIC SPA at C.M.Lodge, D.No.1103/2A, Pudur Village, Ponnagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2026. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has sent a representation very recently on 07.01.2026. He would further submit that the petitioner has to get necessary permission from the local body and further, if the petitioner complies with all the requirements, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and disposed of within a period of four weeks.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 07.01.2026 and to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner, if the petitioner complies with
