2. The learned Government Advocate stated that there is a proposal pending to detain the petitioner under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner might be detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition after a period of three weeks, if necessary.
