Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue appropriate writ of mandamus or any other writ or other directions in the nature of the writ directing the 1st respondent to approve the admission of the 19 students (listed in the annexure) who have under gone the first year D.T.Ed., course in the petitioner institution for the academic year 2004-05 and consequently permit them to appear for the first year examinations to be conducted by the 2nd respondent on 23/11/05 and on subsequent date.
