Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was running a poultry-feed manufacture industry. Against the said industry, already a closure notice was issued, against which the Writ Petition is filed. Pending the Writ petition, the seal was removed, and license was granted, consequently the industry resumed functioning. Therefore nothing survives for any further adjudication and consequently, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
