Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.MP.No.11377 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.16261/2021 vide order dated 08.11.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S D.R.ARUN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16261 of 2021 dated 13.09.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.
