The learned counsel on either side submitted that the petitioner and the 1st respondent had settled the matter out of Court and also entered into a joint memorandum of compromise dated 20.02.2019.

2.The representative of the petitioner viz., Mr.S.Pradeep Kumar, Consultant - Quality Control and the 1st respondent viz., Tmt.Sosamma are present and they also acknowledged the execution of the joint memorandum of compromise dated 20.02.2019. 3.Mr.Chevanan Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner handed over a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.2,69,369/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the 1st respondent today before me, which was also acknowledged by the 1st respondent.

4.The learned counsel on either side submitted that the Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise.

5.The joint memorandum of compromise dated 20.02.2019 is taken on record.

6.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise dated 20.02.2019 and the same shall form part of the record. No costs.
