ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that, a SLP was preferred against the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.2764 of 2021 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. N. MALA, J.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners further submitted, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
that the issue involved is whether an order of the Court, in terms of a compromise decree, could be altered. He also submitted that the matter may be adjourned since the SLP preferred before the Hon'ble Supreme Court is likely to be taken up within four weeks.

At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, post the matter on 15.04.2026. Till then, the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, as recorded in the order dated 23.02.2026 shall continue. 4.
It is also made clear that, if the petitioner does not produce the copy of the order, if any passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, on the next hearing date (15.04.2026), this Civil Revision Petition will be decided on the basis of the materials available.
