Cont.P. Nos.2514 and 2716 of 2013 C O M M O N O R D E R Mr.A.Sundaravadhanan, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that the order of this Court has been challenged and is now pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.A.Nos.4810-4811 of 2021, wherein, notice has been ordered.

2. When the order of the Writ Court is challenged and is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, it will not be appropriate for this Court to simultaneously proceed with the contempt petitions. However, if liberty is granted to the petitioners to workout their remedy, subject to the outcome of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, ends of justice could be secured.

3. Accordingly, these Contempt Petitions stand closed, with the above liberty. No costs.
