PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 01.07.2015 made to the respondent and consequently direct the respondent not to grant permission within one kilometer to any of the branches of nationalized banks including Karur Vysya Bank branch.

The relief sought for is to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2015, stating that no permission is to be granted within one kilometer to any of the branches of Nationalised Bank including Karur Vysya Bank.

2.The negative prayer sought for in the present writ petition is opposed to the public policy.
