Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the second Respondent pertaining to his proceedings in Lr.No.222/PR-31/2005 and consequential order of the third Respondent pertaining to his proceedings in memo No.2871/COE/C54/2005 and quash the order dated 08.09.2005 and 16.11.2005 and consequently direct the Respondent to regularise the service of the Petitioner in the existing vacancy of the Junior Assistant. This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the second Respondent pertaining to his proceedings in Lr.No.222/PR-31/2005 and consequential order of the third Respondent pertaining to his proceedings in memo No.2871/COE/C54/2005 and quash the order dated 08.09.2005 and 16.11.2005 and consequently direct the Respondent to regularise the service of the Petitioner in the existing vacancy of the Junior Assistant. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Petition and he has also 2/4

made an endorsement to that effect in the case file. 3.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
