Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 5th respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and to the polling booth which is situated at Municipal Elementary School, T.Kottampatti, Pollachi besides installing the CCTV Camera in the Polling Booth in order to conduct a free and fair election based upon the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2022.
