This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order dated 16.03.2011 made in M.C.No.65 of 2005 passed by the Family Court, Coimbatore.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this revision and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is directed to pay the entire arrears amount, less the amount already paid, if any, to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
