This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to take necessary action against the de facto complainant on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 31.08.2014.
2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that petition enquiry has been conducted on the complaint made by the petitioner and the same has been closed on 15.10.2014 itself, stating that the dispute is civil in nature.
