This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the entire records connected with the impugned Memorandum of settlement between management and employees union dated 25.06.2012 and declare the same as null and void and illegal and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. Page No.2 of 5

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
