Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to follow Standing Order No.21, of the certified Standing Orders of the first respondent in force from 14.06.1980 in the matter of age of retirement of the petitioner by superannuation which provides that the age of retirement shall be 60 years for all categories of workers and employees and continue the petitioner in employment as Field Conductor in Nelliyalam Tea Division of the first respondent corporation till he attains the age of 60 years and pass orders.
