Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2019 and to cancel the Merchant License No.05-059000908/2014 issued in the name of G.Parimalan. According to the petitioner, the respondents have issued Merchant License illegally using fabricated documents to one G.Parimalan when there is no agreement by the petitioner in favour of the said G.Parimalan. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

2.The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation placed a copy of the order before this Court passed by the second respondent dated 12.02.2019 by which the license given to the said Parimalan bearing No.05-059-000908 has been de-activated due to the reason 'shop closed'. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
