RR2 & 3 - Mr.S.Sathish Kumar For M/s.Row & Reddy COMMON ORDER Learned counsel for the writ petitioners Management made a submission that the parties to the Lis on hand entered into a settlement and as per the terms and conditions, the Management has agreed to withdraw W.P.Nos.8621 & 8622 of 2010. 2.In view of the fact that the issues between the Management and the respondents workmen were settled and a Settlement under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 was signed, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in these writ petitions.
