..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent having Ref.10143/2005 Aa.8, dated 27th October, 2005 and quash the same and forbearing the 3rd respondent from cancelling the reregistration having reference Reg.No.2005F00346 of the petitioner with the Thiruvarur District Employment Exchange pursuant to the above proceedings of the 2nd respondent.
