The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 17.12.2009 made in W.P.No.471 of 2004, has been complied with and the petitioner was promoted as Slider by the proceedings dated 30.03.2013 bearing Reference No.PCSM/527/90 in the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Spinning Mill with effect from 01.02.2002, on the date on

which his immediate juniors viz., J.Balan, M.Jayakumar and V.Rajasekaran were promoted as Slider.

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
