When the matter was called on 30.09.2022, it was represented that the erstwhile counsel has given the papers to the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 17.10.2022 and the petitioner name was directed to be printed in the cause list. Accordingly, the matter was listed on 17.10.2022 by printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list. On 17.10.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

2. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
