This matter was taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant.

2. The learned counsel for appellant would submit that this Court by an order dated 20.11.2023 allowed the above appeal. However, he would submit that in para 9 of the judgment, instead of mentioning the year of suit in O.S.No. 14 of 2021, it was typed as O.S.No.14 of 2001. Hence, he prayed to modify the same. Accordingly, the matter is listed today.

3. Heard the contentions of learned counsel for appellant and perused the order.

4. Considering his submissions, in para 9, at page 12, 3rd line, 7th line as well as 8th line of the order, the year of suit in O.S.No. 14 of 2001 shall be modified as O.S.No.14 of 2021.

5. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the 1/3

order of this Court in A.S.No. 285 of 2023 dated 20.11.2023 and issue fresh order copy to the appellant.
