ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Writ petitioner contended that subsequent to the filing of the present Writ Petition, the Management preferred an appeal in W.A.No.658 of 2021 wherein a compromise was arrived at between the parties on 18.04.2023 and therefore, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. He therefore sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
