2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint dated 28.10.2016 has been closed by the report dated 04.11.2016.

3. In view of the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report in a manner known to law.
