This original application has been filed to grant an order of ad interim injunction restraining the respondent/defendant, his agents, servants, representatives or his men or any person/s claiming through him from making or circulating any defamatory and malicious statements attributed against the applicants/plaintiffs.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is the contention of the respondent in para 18 of the counter affidavit that without prejudice to the defence being taken by me in the written statement to be filed in the above suit and stand taken herein unconditionally undertake and submit not to make or circulate any defamatory and malicious statements attributed against the applicants/plaintiffs till the disposal of the suit. http://www.judis.nic.in

4. In view of the above submission, there shall be an order of interim injunction restraining the respondent not to circulate any defamatory and malicious statements attributed against the applicants/plaintiffs till the disposal of the suit. Accordingly, the original application is ordered.
