Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to pass orders on the representation dated 07.10.2013 seeking grant of salary from the month of February 2013 and thereafter till date forthwith and other accrued medical benefits thereto within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders on the representation submitted on 07.10.2013, seeking to grant salary from the month of February, 2013.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the salary due to the writ petitioner has not been paid from the month of February, 2013 onwards. In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation to respondents 1 and 2 on 07.10.2013 and the same is yet to be considered.

3. Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 07.10.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation along with the order passed in this writ petition.
