The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the Inspector of Police, H5, New Washermenpet Police Station (L & O) register the First Information Report based on the complaint of the Petitioner dated 15.09.2021 in CSR No.276/2021 in obedience with order of learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai dated 16.11.2021 in Crl. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, H5, New Washermenpet Police Station (L & O), to register the First Information Report, based on the complaint of the Petitioner dated 15.09.2021 in CSR No.276/2021 in obedience with order of learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai dated 16.11.2021 in Crl. MP.No.55 of 2021.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that in respect of an incident on 15.09.2021, complaint has been given by one Hemalatha/petitioner. The mother of the petitioner Samundeeswari had also given a complaint in respect of the very same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
occurrence. Thereafter, both the mother and daughter have given a various petitions to the higher officials and subsequently, daughter Hemalatha had filed Crl.M.P.No.55 of 2021 before the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai and based on the direction issued by the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, a case has been registered by H5, Washermenpet Police Station in Crime No.2448 of 2021 for the offence Under Section 447, 323, 354, 506(i) and 37 of IPC on 14.12.2021 and due enquiry has been conducted on FIR. Therefore, the order of the learned Magistrate has been complied with.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
