This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.237 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.28426 of on 10.01.2023 to report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders and also appear before the Trial court on all hearing dates without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
