This petition is filed to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition.

2.Though notice is served on the respondents and they are represented by a counsel, none appeared for them today.

3.The petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the petition has stated that the delay of 12 days had occurred due to the belated receipt of the impugned order copy and the delay is neither willful nor wanton, but only due to the aforesaid bona fide reason.

4.Since the delay is only 12 days and the delay has been reasonably explained, the petition is ordered and the delay of 12 days, is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
