Today the matter is listed under the caption "being mentioned" for correction of the order dated 19.09.2019 in WP.No.8661 of 2010. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in paragraph No.2 the date of hearing is wrongly mentioned as 18.09.2018 and the adjournment date was mentioned as 19.09.2018. It should be mentioned as 18.09.2019 and the adjournment date should also be mentioned as 19.09.2019. The typographical error be corrected and a fresh order copy should be issued after carrying out necessary corrections.
