JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.2233 of 2022 IN CRL OP.672/2022 THANGAMANI [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, DENKANIKOTTAI POLICE STATION, KRISHNAGIRI DISTRICT (CRIME NO.476/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 672 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022 on condition that the petitioner shall stay at Cuddalore and appear before the Town Police Station, Cuddalore on Every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Cr.No. 476 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police station.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.672 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition regularly and the respondent police has not yet completed the investigation, hence the condition may be modified. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is partly allowed, to that effect petitioner is directed to appear before the Town Police Station, Cuddalore once in every week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 02/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
