O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and set aside the order made in Crl.M.P.No.272 of 2016 in S.C.No.297 of 2014 dated 15.03.2016 passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Chidambaram.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the trial Court. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
