2. When this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that, the orders of this Court dated 02.12.2011 has already been complied with. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition can be disposed of.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents also endorse the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
