Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to effect name transfer of WEG Wind Fan No.079204720995 and 079214722011 from the erstwhile M/s.Shree Malliga Mills (P) Ltd to the name of the petitioner's name M/s. Roghit Spintex India Pvt Ltd and continue to allowing captive adjustment in HTSc No. 049094220136 as per the petitioner's application dated 08.10.2021 and 26.12.2022 on payment of necessary charge. This writ petition has been filed in the nature of writ of Mandamus seeking a direction to the second and third respondents, viz., the Chief Engineer, NCES, TANGEDCO, II Floor, 144, Anna Salai, Chennai - 600 002 and the Superintending Engineer, TANGEDCO, Tirunelveli Electricity Distribution Circle, Tirunelveli to effect name transfer of WEG Wind Fan Nos.079204720995 and 079214722011 from the erstwhile M/s.Shree Malliga Mills (P) Ltd to the name of the petitioner, viz., M/s. Roghit Spintex India Pvt Ltd.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents /TANGEDCO states that the petitioner would have to produce certain documents, details of which has already been forwarded to the petitioner on 24.02.2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that certain documents have been submitted to the respondents.

4. Since the nature of relief sought is to effect name transfer, the respondents are directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No further orders are required in the writ petition.
