ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) This Writ of Habeas Corpus petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to produce the Petitioner's daughter Kavya aged about 19 years before the Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty.

2. Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 06.02.2026, the second respondent-Police secured the detenue, Kavya, aged about 19 years, and produced her before this Court today.

3. On enquiry, the detenue stated that she is not under any illegal detention and that she is ready to go with her parents.
