This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2010 requesting to refer him to Perundurai IRT Medical College and Hospital, Erode for better treatment, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, who fairly submitted that the present health condition of the petitioner is not known to him.
