Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ or order call for the records pertaining to the order CO:CH:CS:No.NV:1121:2008-09, dated 12.05.2008 as confirmed by the 1st respondent vide his order dated 29.11.2008 and quash the same.

ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of writ of certiorari calling for records pertaining to the order CO:CH:CS:No.NV:1121:2008-09, dated 12.05.2008 as confirmed by the first respondent vide his order dated 29.11.2008 and quash the same.
2. During the course of arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the Order of the first respondent, the petitioner has the remedy to file a review before the Executive Director of the Respondent Bank. Without exhausting the remedy, the above Writ Petition is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed on this ground itself.
3. In view of the submissions made in the counter affidavit this writ petition is disposed of with liberty, the petitioner is directed to prefer the review application within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter the respondent is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks.
