ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct an enquiry as per provided under Section 145 of Criminal Procedure Code on the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2014.
2.It is seen that almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
