This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 06.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 2960 of 2025, has granted bail to the petitioner. He further submitted that in the said order, a mistake has been crept in Crime Number viz., instead of Crime No. 252 of 1/3

2023, it has been mentioned as Crime No. 252 of 2024, and the same requires to be rectified. Thus, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to issue order copy afresh forthwith, by correcting the Crime Number as 252 of 2023 instead of 252 of 2024. 17.02.2025 MSM Note: Issue order copy today 18.02.2025.
